Flashlight
Animation
This rotating flashlight shines a light. The flashlight's body is rendered with chrome and shiny gold plating. The flashlight was texture mapped with 3ds Max, in reflective metal.
Preparation
The original flashlight was provided by a third party, simplified with 3ds Max, then mapped with gold and silver. 3ds Max's volume light effect provides the appearance of shining light, for the animation.

The flashlight was exported from 3ds Max as a DAE file,

and renders with lightweight 3D rendering code.
